While getting around one morning, I discovered Olive laying in a sunbeam on the bedroom floor. Of course, my phone was on the bed and when I leaned over to get it, she jumped up. This was the next best picture. She is in desperate need of grooming!

There are a ton of grasshoppers living in the liriope this summer. Every time I go to water it, they jump up on the fence. This little guy did not want to hold still for a picture, but after some persistence, I finally captured him.
Today’s prompt inspired me to get out my macro lens. I love zooming in on the details of nature. This hydrangea leaf looks a little like a stegosaurus.
