Over the holiday season, I have been crocheting quite a bit. I hadn’t done it in awhile and had forgotten how much I enjoy it. Whether it’s sewing something or building something, there is something about making something from scratch that is very fulfilling. My Pinterest is full of projects that I would like to do so there’s no lack of inspiration. Here are a few things that I would like to work on this year.
A Granny a Day
This Mixed Berry Tarts Square is just one of the squares at the newly discovered blog A Granny a Day that I want to make.
Amy Butler
I love this lacy afghan from Amy Butler. I bought the book this year but haven’t yet made the afghan. I think I will stick to one, maybe two colors.
Crochet with Raymond
I currently have some round crocheted placemats that I bought at Target. They are made with paper so they aren’t washable. I would love to crochet something like this Mandala to replace them.
Nordinairy
I found this afghan on Pinterest and have been looking for a pattern. I have the perfect baby blanket in mind for my new great niece and would love to make it! Any crocheters out there have any ideas?
Those are just a few of the many projects I would like to work on. I hope to have future updates for you. Do you have an projects planned for 2012?
