Watching…
Mixed-ish. I’m not a regular Black-ish watcher but I have been enjoying this spin-off. I love that it’s set at the same time I was growing up and that it has a different spin than most comedies. Even if you don’t watch Black-ish, I recommend giving this one a try. Bonus, you get to see Mark-Paul Gosselaar as you’ve never seen him before.

Reply All: 30-50 Feral Hogs. I found this episode of Reply All fascinating. I have heard that there are feral hogs in the southwestern part of the state; apparently they are a huge problem in Texas. It’s crazy that it’s such a big problem and that there isn’t yet a good solution.

Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers. This is my book club book this month. As someone who’s been known to pass out during a graphic surgery story (on two separate occasions), this one isn’t really my cup of tea. a Denman brush. One of my goals this year has been to get a handle on my wavy-curly hair. I’ve hit a wall recently and have been searching for some solutions. These brushes are very popular in the curly-girl community. I think the idea is that they help hair product fully coat your hair. I’ve only used it once and am still working on technique, but I think I’m a fan.

Electric Sander. A friend recently commented that I seem to have a pretty good selection of tools. It’s nothing compared to my dad’s collection, but I get by. My electric sander has been getting a workout lately. I used it for my ceiling repair and put it back into action this weekend sanding some curbside chair finds.
