Reading… A Rule Against Murder. This is the fourth book in the Inspector Gamache series. So far, I’m really enjoying this one. It’s a little different from the others in the series and I like that.
Watching… The Masters. When you live in a house with four dogs that like to alert you to any sound they hear outside, it becomes a necessity to have some background noise to distract them. Golf has become that for me on the weekends. Sometimes I watch, sometimes I don’t. Sunday I watched the end of The Masters, hoping Jordan Spieth would pull out a win. Alas, he did not.
Tidying with… KonMari. I’m gradually becoming more and more of a minimalist. Eventually I would like to move into a smaller place. I’m working towards that by going through the house tidying with KonMari. I think I’ve talked a little bit about the method before. Basically you get rid of everything that doesn’t spark joy. Now, some things, like say a plunger, don’t spark joy but are necessities so I’m holding on to those. But all the other stuff has got to go.
Eating… Superseedz Tomato Italiano. I’ve been on the lookout for ways to get more zinc in my diet. Pumpkin seeds are a great source of zinc, iron, and magnesium so I bought a few different flavors to try. These are awesome – like pizza in a bag.
Wanting… Envirosax. I’ve tried a few different kinds of reusable shopping bags and these are by far my favorite. I have had a set of these bags for years, so long that they are beginning to fall apart. It’s time to get some new ones.
