Ornamental Cabbage & Viola
Sorry for my long hiatus. I’ve been thinking a lot about the direction I want to take this blog. For a while I’ve been considering combining this blog with my other blog. Having two blogs and the shop and pursuing other money making ventures is a lot to keep up with. I have several ideas for personal finance posts, including an idea for a new series which I can’t visualize on my other blog. So for now, at least, I’m going to keep them separate. I do not think I will post here daily. But I will try to be better than I have been.
Recently I’ve been spending a lot of time studying up on SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Etsy is constantly making changes and those changes often impact the number of views a store gets. Maybe someday I’ll understand it enough to write a post about it.
I’ve written a few times in the past about gardening and starting plants from seed. This Fall, one of the plants I wanted to try was some ornamental cabbage. I decided to try starting them from seed using my Aerogarden. I have always used Aerogarden’s seed kits and am thrilled that my first attempt at using my own seed was successful. I just transplanted the three cabbage, so only time will tell how successful. But so far, I think they all look really good. What have you been up to lately?
