I mentioned last week that I have been eating a lot of Broccoli Bow-Tie Pasta Salad this summer. It’s been a life saver on those days that I just don’t want to cook (which has been nearly every day). Here’s the recipe:
Broccoli Bow-Tie Pasta Salad
Combine the following:
- Broccoli
- Cooked and Cooled Bow-Tie Pasta
- Sliced Olives
- Mushrooms
- Pimentos
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 T. Cavender Seasoning
This is my favorite pasta salad and I will use the dressing on lots of different combinations of ingredients. Thanks Amanda for the recipe!
