It’s the first day of August Break! This will be year number four with the same prompts. As in previous years, I contemplated changing things up but have decided to stick with the same prompts. Comparing pics from year to year is kinda fun, so I’ll try to remember to link up the previous years to make it easy to check them out.
Breakfast is almost always a smoothie and a hardboiled egg. It’s not very exciting but it’s a healthy way to start the day. This one has kale, banana, cucumber, blueberries, coconut milk yogurt, coconut water, coconut oil, grass-fed gelatin, and chia seed. So much goodness! I’m still loving the jar jackets that I bought earlier this year. I don’t bother to remove them from the jar before I put them in the dishwasher. They are holding up great.
