It’s time for August Break! Smoothies are still my regular breakfast. A banana, spinach and some cucumber are my go-to ingredients. For much of the year pineapple is the fourth ingredient but during the summer I often substitute something that’s in season – lately it’s been Colorado peaches. Blend in some coconut milk yogurt, coconut oil, and coconut water and you have yourself a delicious smoothie.
